The best part of this entire magnetic phone holder is that it gives you options. At first, I thought I wanted it on my dashboard, but it always kept being in the way so included in the box, was a clip to attach on to the vent. It works for both horizontal and vertical vents. My car has a vertical slotted vent and prior to purchasing this product , I had not found one where it didn’t slip down as you attach it to your car. This model however, tightened around the vent slots perfectly. I really like this unit. It was easy to use and regardless of whether it’s winter or summer that magnet holds firm. The only downside to having it on your vent is that it restricts the flow of air when you have your air conditioning on. With that said , I would still strongly recommend this product.

This mount has exceeded my expectations.I don’t normally write reviews but I felt the need to with this one. I’ve have it for about 5 years now; almost 4 of those being in constant use with Ubering/Door Dashing. It is just now starting to show some wear. The spring that squeezes the base tight when you clip it down has started to stretch a little from the weight of my phone because I use it on the windshield so it pulls down. Which is expected after such extensive use. I will probably purchase another soon since I don’t use it quite as often anymore, I’m sure my next one will last even longer. 10/10 recommend!

Holds phone securely. If I’m being honest, I don’t find the MagSafe charging feature super helpful, but that’s probably more of a personal issue with MagSafe charging than anything. Good adjustability.
