Once you have received a shipping confirmation e-mail, this means that your order has been processed and shipped. If the tracking information is not updated, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Your order is on its way, but the post office has not yet scanned/processed the package, therefore, the status on the tracking website has not been updated. Please wait a few days for your local post office to process your package. You can contact the post office with your tracking number for further details.
2. Your order has reached your country and is currently being cleared through customs. Until the package has been checked and cleared, the tracking system cannot provide any further updates. Unfortunately, we cannot predict how long this process will take as it depends on the customs procedures in your country.
There are a few reasons for this:
1. Your package has just been shipped, but the carrier has not yet updated the tracking details.
2. Your package has been picked up by the carrier but has not yet been processed.
*Look for “Your ESR Order” in the inbox of the email you used for this order. The date your order was shipped is included in this email. If the tracking information has not been updated for more than 3 business days after the shipment date or you can’t locate the email, please contact our customer support team.
3. The item you purchased is out of stock in your local warehouse and is being shipped from a warehouse overseas. It has not yet reached your country/state and you will need to switch to an overseas carrier mentioned in your shipping email (please refer to the picture below).
ESR currently ships to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovenia, Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Japan, South Korea, India, Slovakia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Arab Emirates. Other countries/regions not available at this time.
Notes:
1. If the warehouse in your country is out of stock, your order will be shipped from a warehouse in a different country. This will add approximately 10-15 days to the shipping time of your order.
2. The recipient will be responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and fees associated with the recipient's country/territory. These costs vary depending on local law.
